How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel a booking or request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the following methods:

Please include your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation in your request. We will process your request within 2-3 business days and confirm the outcome via email.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

Partial Attendance

If you attend only part of a multi-session class or workshop, no refund will be provided for missed sessions. However, you may be able to make up missed sessions in future classes, subject to availability and at our discretion.

Gift Vouchers and Credits

Medical or Emergency Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. If you need to cancel due to serious illness, injury, or other emergency circumstances, please contact us immediately. We will review each case individually and may offer:

Special Dietary Requirements

If we cannot accommodate your dietary requirements or allergies safely, and you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled service, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

This Refund Policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
