To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided are correct, including contact information, dietary requirements, and special requests.
Your booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
Participants in our cooking classes and workshops must be at least 16 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. For private chef services and catering, the booking party must be at least 18 years old.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.
All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, recipes, videos, and other materials, is the property of Aussie Flavour Hub or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Recipes and techniques shared during our classes are for personal use only. Commercial use or publication of these materials without permission is prohibited.
During our services, we may take photographs or videos for marketing and promotional purposes. By participating in our services, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
While we strive to provide high-quality culinary experiences, we make no warranties regarding the outcome of your cooking efforts or the results of our services beyond what is explicitly stated in our service descriptions.
You participate in our cooking classes and experiences at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or health issues that may occur, except where caused by our negligence or breach of duty under Australian consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
